"All Sports" or "Multi Sport" refers to material covering or containing information about multiple sports or sporting teams, not coed sports or both the men's and women's teams of a sport

This collection includes audio and video resources related to Mount Vernon, the Mount Vernon Ladies' Association, and George Washington. Many audio and video recordings in the collection were either produced by, or made in cooperation with, the Mount Vernon Ladies' Association. However, there are also AV productions made by other institutions, corporations, and media companies. Content includes footage and recordings of events, interviews, lectures, VIP visitors, and views of the estate. Several documentaries, news broadcasts, and syndicated radio or television programs are also included as they pertain to the history of Mount Vernon. Highlights of the collection include: Pictorial Reports of the estate during the years 1955-1970 which feature footage of several famous visitors such as President Eisenhower, Princess Margaret and Lord Snowdon, and Fidel Castro; a feature film with B-Roll footage by travelogue filmmaker Andre de la Varre; video and audio recordings of Vice Regents and Mount Vernon staff. Most film reels have been digitized and are available by links within individual catalog records or via written/email request.

This collection includes multiple different Audio Visual formats including, Audio Reel to Reel, 8mm and 16mm film reels, Betamax, Umatic, VHS, DVD, CD, MiniDVs, Audio Cassette tapes. The recordings cover a variety of University, departmental, and student events, raw footage from promotional videos and Longwood productions, such as the Longwood Show, materials related to the Rotunda fire in 2001, speeches, meetings, student life and other events on campus.

This collection includes announcements, brochures, catalogs, and fliers from the various offices that comprise Auxiliary Services at the College of William and Mary. Included in the collection is information on the Campus Bookstore, Elderhostel, the McCormack-Nagelsen Tennis Center, and Conference Services, Dining Services Plans "Real Food on Campus".

Barnette Collection, Lawyer, Businessman, Educator, Philanthropist, and Chairman Emeritus of Bethlehem Steel Corporation. These materials document Barnette's leadership and service.

The collection consists of one box of schedules, rosters, programs, scorebooks, tickets posters and other materials related to the intercollegiate baseball program at William & Mary from the years 1908-2015. The material is primarily divided chronologically, although there is one separate folder containing two scorebooks from the 1920s and another containing tickets to baseball games from the years 1999-2010. A majority of the material was originally published or created by the William and Mary Athletics Department.

The Ben Benson Collection includes original portrait art of presidents and first ladies by Ben Benson, various formats of printed presidential iconography and related presidential and U.S. political memorabilia from George Washington to Barack Obama.

The bulk of the collection consists of oral history interviews conducted by Betsy Brinson in 2016 and 2017 with people who volunteered and worked with affected communities in the Richmond area during the height of the AIDS epidemic in the 1980s and 1990s. There are seven different interviews on cassette, all about thirty to forty minutes long. The interviews are digitized with links to the files in Series 1.
