This sub-series contains membership applications, board and membership lists, membership directories, and other membership related material for the Virginia Opera Guild. Material is arranged alphabetically.

The Land Tract Files are also called RATC Green Books and contain legal records of lands acquired by NPS after 1978 Congressional funding. These are bound by tract number. Most of these materials are photocopies of legal records documenting land acquisitions, including legal judgments, land ownership histories, foreclosure documents, leases and contracts with gas and electric companies, deeds and trusts, wills and genealogies regarding inheritance rights, land surveys and inspection records, appraisals and environmental assessments, financial documents and insurance certificates, photographs, maps, and correspondence with land owners, attorneys, court clerks, and others.

This sub-series contains newspaper clippings related to the Virginia Opera and opera in general. Material is arranged chronologically.

This sub-series pertains to personal colleagues that Dr. Mason C. Andrews interacted with throughout his career. One of these colleagues was Dr. T. Terry Brazelton, world renowned pediatrician and former Princeton roommate of Dr. Andrews.

This sub-series contains voter information guides prepared by the League of Women Voters and other organizations. Voter guides provide information on the candidates, background information and League positions on ballot questions, party platforms, and information on how to prepare voter guides. Mainly these cover the Hampton Roads area, but material from other Virginia and some out of state Leagues are interspersed within the materials.

This series document the RATC's work with the Appalachian Trail Conference (also Conservancy), U.S. National Park Service, and U.S. Forest Service to acquire and monitor property and to build and relocate trails.

This sub-series contains program booklets for LWV state conventions for the years 1981, 1985, 1987, and 1989. These program booklets include information on State League positions, programs, projects, budgets, policies, and actions, as well as legislative reports. Also included are program booklets, flyers, and memos from selected LWV National Conventions from 1986 to 2006.

This sub-series contains various LWV calendars, committee business and reports, information on community outreach, LWV self-study, the disbanding of the Portsmouth and Chesapeake Leagues, working with other Leagues, litigation, long range planning for the League, miscellaneous newspaper clippings, and other miscellaneous material related to LWV business.
