The papers of Claudia Stevens, musician, actor, performance artist, playwright, and composer, are arranged by musical theatre works in her repertoire except for Subseries 2 of Series 1, which is arranged separately and part of which was formerly known as the Carter-Sessions Papers.

The collection includes various local and national UE 150 and 160 local union records. Materials include convention programs, proceedings, steward guides, workplace complaints, handwritten notes.

The Office of the President W. Taylor Reveley III records includes e-mail correspondence, letters, cards, subject files, speeches and other papers from the administration of William & Mary's twenty-seventh president, W. Taylor Reveley, III.

This collection includes photographs, scrapbooks, publications, and administrative records of the Gamma Kappa Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma at William & Mary. Some of the material is restricted, per donor request, and is available with the permission of the Chapter President.

Campaign material relating to political elections in the Williamsburg area, Virginia state races, and United States Senate, Congressional, and Presidential races. Thomas was a delegate for the Virginia State Convention in 2012 and a volunteer for the 53rd Inaugural Presidential Ceremonies. This collection includes badges from her involvement with the political process, pamphlets, bumper stickers, pins, and campaign material for the Democratic party.

The University Archives Audiovisual Collection is an artificial collection of various audio and visual formats documenting the College of William and Mary campus, events, people, etc. The collection contains analog, magnetic, and digital media and while not comprehensive, it does include material from a variety of time periods and types of events including commencements, Charter Day, building dedications, lecture series, Raft Debates, visiting scholars and distinguished guests, athletic events, and much more. Researchers are encouraged to verify with staff the format of individual items and availability for immediate use. Many items in the collection will require preservation reformatting before they can be used.

This collection is composed of material collected and created by the Williamsburg Documentary Project. The Williamsburg Documentary Project conducts oral history interviews and builds physical and digital archives, as well as other activities, through which it interprets the past of Williamsburg, Virginia.

The collection contains minutes, by-laws, correspondence, and subject files from Arts and Sciences. Included in the collection are Faculty Minutes from 1926 to the present; American Culture Cluster lectures; by-laws; and material from various committees. Also present in the collection is correspondence from the Dean, as well as subject files on degree requirements, the Sharpe Community Partnership Program, and other topics.

Acc. 1983.040 contains correspondence regarding the Board of Visitors, primarily from the 1970s.

Records of the Capital Club of Williamsburg (formerly named the Middle Plantation Club of Williamsburg), which was founded by Rawls Byrd in 1966. The collection includes organizational histories, membership directories and rosters, meeting minutes, scrapbooks of club events, and other material.
