The Carroll LaHaye Collection primarily contains photographs, professional awards, memorabilia, and other materials documenting Carroll LaHaye's coaching career of women's basketball at Randolph-Macon College from the 1980s to 2020. The bulk of materials relate to the 1996 and 2005 basketball championship seasons. A few materials in the collection relate to LaHaye's coaching of women's lacrosse at R-MC, including a lacrosse ball signed by the 1982 team that played in the AIAW National Women's Lacrosse Tournament.

This collection contains materials collected and created by Carroll Wilkinson during her time working for West Virginia University (WVU) Libraries and Women's and Gender Studies Center between 1979 and 2019. It includes materials from her work in several positions within the library and WVU Women's Studies Center, including Chief Circulation Librarian, Women and Gender Studies Bibliographer, Head of Access Services, Director of Instruction and Information Literacy, Director of Strategic Library Initiatives, and Interim Director of Strategy and Planning. It also includes materials from her participation in several councils and committees, such as the Council for Women's Concerns and the Gerontology Center Service Committee.

This collection consists of the papers of Lieutenant C. Barrett Graham (VMI Class of 1967), including:

  • Correspondence (34 items) written to his parents and other family members, primarily during his tour of duty in Vietnam (1968-1969). Graham served as a rifle platoon commander based at An Hoa (F Company, 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines) and subsequently was stationed at supply headquarters in Da Nang. Topics include patrols, general descriptions of countryside and villagers, and destroying North Vietnamese food supplies.
  • Typescript Vietnam War memoirs (2016) titled "The Gong Show...Or Observations and Reminiscences about Vietnam, 1968-1969"
  • Photograph album and slides taken in Vietnam

The collection documents Bell's creative process, from initial brainstorming to finished product, and also details editing interactions between Bell, her husband Tom Angleberger (W & M '92), and others. Includes story development, illustration tests and sketches.

Papers and other materials of C. Edwin Baker (1947–2009) of Madisonville, Kentucky, an internationally prominent and prolific legal scholar, author of over 75 publications, and holder of the Nicholas Gallicchio Professor of Law and Communication at the University of Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. Baker authored four books: Human Liberty and Freedom of Speech (1989), Advertising and a Democratic Press (1994), Media, Markets, and Democracy (2002), and Media Concentration and Democracy: Why Ownership Matters (2007). Baker's area of scholarship focused on the subjects of Free Speech, the First Amendment, and Media Policy. Baker held a bachelor's degree from Stanford University and a law degree from Yale University. His academic career included positions at the University of Oregon, University of Toledo, University of Pennsylvania, and the American Civil Liberties Union, where he was staff attorney. Baker held three fellowships at Harvard. He was also appointed to the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania. Baker held visiting faculty status at New York University, the University of Chicago, Cornell University, the University of Texas, and Harvard. Correspondence, course materials, book and article drafts, and subject files document the academic career and scholarship of C. Edwin Baker.
