Collection of class photographs from a number of departments within the Health Sciences Center (HSC), in addition to materials covering the 2010 HSC 50th anniversary and materials from the forming of the Health Sciences Library as well as miscellaneous materials relating to or collected by Alderson Fry, the first Medical Librarian at West Virginia University (1954).

Annual reports and some monthly reports of the West Virginia University Libraries' Reference Department, created for library administration. In 2012/2013, the Reference Department became the Research Services Department. The collection includes almost complete runs of the annual reports from 1940-1968 and 1990-2016. Also included is one report of the University Library to the President, fiscal year 1957/1958.

This collection contains administrative records of the West Virginia and Regional History Center. The material includes correspondence, monthly and annual reports, visitor and acquisition statistics, Center policies and procedures, and records of preservation activities. There are also records regarding renovations and additions to WVU Libraries, and other general library documentation.

Subject files containing newspaper clippings related to West Virginia University from the 1880s to approximately 2006. Most articles are from the 1960s and 1970s. Subjects include campus athletics, buildings, graduating classes, committees, facilities, faculty and faculty publications, organizations, the Personal Rapid Transit (PRT) system, and special events.

This collection contains the administrative records of the Office of Greek Life of West Virginia University. This office organizes and coordinates the policies and activities of fraternities and sororities at West Virginia University. The collection includes correspondence, reports, grade statistics, membership lists, plaques, and other material. This collection is minimally processed.

Records from the Office of Multicultural Programs, specifically pertaining to their work on events. Much of the collection pertains to Mountaineer Week, which is an event that celebrates Appalachian culture and heritage. Other materials pertain to programs like WVU Up All Night (also known as UpAllNight and WVUp All Night), which is an award winning late night program for students to participate in during the weekends; the Madrigal Dinner formerly hosted at the Mountainlair; movie viewing events; and more. Regarding the Mountaineer Week materials, the binders include correspondence, printed material such as promotional material, vendor forms (note that the 1995 binder starts in 1994 and includes vendor forms for the Jackson's Mill Jubilee), budgets and other financial documentation, clippings, etc. The binders focus on planning the various events that go into Mountaineer Week, including a beard growing challenge, races, children's activities, the craft fair, the country vittles dinner, turkey calling, storytelling, music, and more.
