Campaign material relating to political elections in the Williamsburg area, Virginia state races, and United States Senate, Congressional, and Presidential races. Thomas was a delegate for the Virginia State Convention in 2012 and a volunteer for the 53rd Inaugural Presidential Ceremonies. This collection includes badges from her involvement with the political process, pamphlets, bumper stickers, pins, and campaign material for the Democratic party.

Virginia Folklore Society records (1913-1967; 22.7 cubic feet) consist chiefly of songs collected by the society's fieldworkers in the 1930s under the direction of society archivist Arthur Kyle Davis. Sheet music, folklore, newsletters and photographs are also included, as are recordings of many of the songs.

This collection contains administrative records, fliers, photographs, scrapbooks and posters created by the Latin American Student Union (LASU). The LASU is a student group at William & Mary. Included in the records are drafts of the group's consitution, agendas from meetings, and posters and fliers related to the LASU sponsored event "State Terrorism in Latin America Awareness Week" in March 2011.

The collection is composed of scrapbooks and HIV/AID awarness educational materials created by Lawrence Griffith from the 1990s through 2009. The collection also includes copies of Griffith's website "Gryffiddiott.com." Griffith composed an introduction for the collection, which is available in box 1.

Collection contains newsletters from the Vintage Ladies of Williamsburg as well as two scrapbooks containing photographs and ephemera.

The International Relations Club records contains administrative files, publications, ephemera and photographs documenting the activities of the International Relations Club at William & Mary. Materials include one handwritten resolution, affixed with the college seal, petitioning W&M President John Stewart Bryan to call together a new House of Burgesses to meet in the Great Hall. Signed by six students, representing the International Relations Club. Other materials include photographs, handbooks, t-shirts and fliers.

Collection contains scrapbooks, printed materials, photographs and other papers documenting the activities of the Ultimate Women's Frisbee Team at William & Mary. Materials within the collection document Cypress (A-team, though materials from the Woolly Mammoths (B-team) may be added to the collection at a later date. Items include a poster, signed paper plates, jersey, disc and program from Ultimate USA college championship.

The Martin C. Mathes papers is composed of drafts, research notes, correspondence and booklets related to Professor Martin Mathe's professional works including the publication "The Planting of a Campus Tradition: A History of the Landscape of the College of William and Mary." The collection also includes correspondence related to the preservation of Lake Matoaka and green space of Crim Dell as well as two booklets by Professor Mathes entitled "Collection of Woody Species." Audio-visual materials entiled Campus Landscapes are also included.

The Flinn Family papers include photocopies of articles relating to Robert Flinn, his father Meade Flinn and his mother Mary Shepard Flinn of Alberta, Virginia. Photocopies, programs, news clippings, regarding Robert Sturdivant Flinn include his song "Forever August Moon." The collection also contains biographical information and anecdotal history of the Flinn and Shepard families.
