This series includes various administrative documents from the Virginia Conference of the AAUP. Records include newsletters, conference notes, reports and resolutions, and general correspondence. Materials also relate to AAUP topics of interest including academic freedom, tenure, and constitutional resolutions.

The records of the Virginia Law Women at the University of Virginia School of Law consist of correspondence and administrative papers of the organization. There are drafts and galleys of the "Virginia Law Women Handbook, Your Legal Rights as a Women"; memoranda, reports, announcements, posters, and newspaper clippings.

Series 3: Virginia Wilderness Committee, 1969-2005, includes operational documents including minutes, financial reports, newsletters, Virginia Wilderness coalition notes, the 1984 Virginia Wilderness Bill, and wilderness proposals.

Historical or other non-current records concerning the history of VMI buildings and property. These chronological files relate either to buildings that no longer exist, or contain older information about existing buildings. The Archives does not house the most current property-related files.
