Records of the West Virginia University University Club (previously known as the Faculty Club), including bylaws, photographs, newsletters, brochures, and other material

The collection outlines 100 years of women in law at West Virginia University. Starting with the first women law graduate to the graduates in the early 1990s, the project explores the lives and achievements of the individuals who obtained their law degree from West Virginia Univeristy College of Law. Records in this collections includes research materials on the women who graducated from West Virginia University through the College of Law from 1895 through 1996, celebrating 101 years of women in law at West Virginia University. This collection includes little archives but rather research collected for the project. The project published a chronicle titled "West Virginia University Women in Law: A Chronicle of 101 Years of Achievements." The publication can be found at the West Virginia and regional History Center.

Two articles by Henry W. Gould, Professor of Mathematics at West Virginia University, with related material. One of the articles, "History of the Old Telescope and Observatory at West Virginia University", was originally published in 1967 and regards the early study of astronomy at the university ca. 1872-1919. Related is a one page article, which references Gould's, regarding the burning of the old observatory in 1919. The other article by Gould is a six-page paper entitled "Where Has Gone Our Sense of Humor", with a related letter from Joseph C. Gluck to Gould, regarding the UVA Pep Band controversy.

Prints and magazine illustrations by West Virginia wildlife artists Ray Harm (28 prints, mostly framed; 7 magazines; 3 biographical prospectuses; 1968-1975), Charley Harper (1 folder of small items, flat storage box [20 in. x 24 in.] of 6 prints and some portfolio items; undated), Don Whitlach (2 framed items, 1977-1995), and Thomas J.
