The minute books of Morgantown's First Baptist Church. The books chart the growth and change of this locally noted church of the regular Baptist denomination. The books contain church covenants, membership lists, statistics, treasurer reports, church committee, society and officer reports, correspondence, and Sunday school records. Mention is made of the establishment of a mission by the church in Sabraton and of a missionary effort to the local Italian-American community. Prominent members mentioned are: O. P. Chitwood, D. B. Purinton, and P. B. Reynolds.

Scrapbook and other records documenting the history of the Morgantown post office. Includes news clippings, photographs, pamphlets, and papers. Many clippings deal with postmaster appointments and changes in postal employee conditions such as pay raises and working hours. Many pictures and articles document the construction of the previous post office, now the Morgantown Arts Center, as well as the present post office. There are also clippings about natives of Morgantown serving in the military in World War II. The Morgantown post office was one of the first post offices in what is now West Virginia; George Washington appointed its first postmaster in 1795.

Correspondence of Martha Brand Wolfe and Charles M. Wolfe, who operated a small farm at Morgantown. The papers include some old Monongalia County land deeds of Charles I. Brand; letters from evangelists Dr. R.E.L. Jarvis and Dr. Edward D. Fellers, together with letters of Mrs. Wolfe on religion. There are also Christmas cards, local news clippings, two Brand family autograph albums, family photographs, and a newspaper clipping book, 1881-1905.

Collection of over 110 panoramic photographs documenting soldiers and military camps, conventions and meetings, West Virginia University (WVU), businesses, railroads, family reunions, and more. Types of image include group portraits, landscapes, and building photographs. Conventions and meetings include the WV Delegates to Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Convention, the 13th Annual Meeting of the WV Dairymen's Association, the Democratic National Convention, the WV State Federation of Labor, the Congress of Industrial Organizations (CIO), the United Steelworkers of America, United Mine Workers of America (UMWA), and more. Businesses include the Morgan Shirt Company, the Greenbrier Ore Company, the Libbey-Owens Sheet Glass Company, and more. These photographs include both original and facsimile materials that are either separated from other collections, or are not associated with any collection. The Marriage Certificate of Perley Reed and Elizabeth Dee Frost, telegrams recieved by Elizabeth and Perley, as well as newspaper clippings celebrating their engagment. Elizabeth's certificate of intitiation into The Delta Kappa Gamma Society in 1965. There are also 6 artworks by Reed, who was a hobbyist painter. Includes one record book of money orders issued at the post office in Morgantown, West Virginia from September 1867 through April 1877. There are also four record books of 'Receipts and Payments' at the post office in Uffington, West Virginia from April 1922 through April 1944. Uffington record books document transactions involving postage stamp stock, incoming sales, stamps, canceled money order advances received, orders paid, as well as quarterly accounts. This collection also includes a 1928 almanac for Hagerstown, Maryland titled "J. Gruber's Hagerstown Town and Country Almanack."
