The Greenwood Library Archives and Special Collections serve as the repository for the Farmville Prince Edward County Historical Society and the Moton Museum.

This collection consists materials related to the life and career of Dr. Rosemary Sprague. Among the collection are correspondence, manuscripts, writings, personal and biographical materials, a collection of photographs, and a collection of miscellaneous materials.

Ruffner Family Association Collection 26.75 Linear Feet 6 Legal Hollinger Boxes, 2 Flat Boxes, and 17 Banker Boxes.

The collection includes genealogical research and notes on the Ruffner Family. As well as administrative records, newsletters and financial records of the Ruffner Family Association. in addition the collection includes correspondence, books, photographs, family bibles, and digital files related to the Ruffner Family and the Association.

White Family Correspondence .85 Linear Feet 1 archival flat box

This collection ranges in date from 1844 to 1864 and consists of: a land survey of property in Fluvanna County done in 1844 (2) pieces of correspondence between sisters Lucie and Willie White in 1864, and (1) piece of correspondence from Arnaud Preot[then] President of Farmville Female College to James P. White.
