Augusta land grant on the north branch of the James River to Baron de Boutetourt by King George III.

This collection contains documents relating to the Brafferton Estate as it impacted the College of William and Mary such as accounts, decrees, correspondence, biographical material on Robert Boyle, 20th century material on the search for information about the Brafferton Estate, and other material. The collection includes both original documents and copies of documents.

Collection of letters and documents of the Braun and Jung families from the 19th and 20th centuries. The earliest documents are a prenuptial agreement, dowry agreement, and will from the middle 1800's (photocopies). The documents are in German, but an English translation accompanies most items. The collection includes a "Familien Stammbuch" or family genealogy book along with two ancestry passports for Gunter Braun and Ernst Jung. They were used to prove familial background in Nazi Germany.

Eight letters, twenty-one pages total, of the Breckinridge Family of Grove Hill, Botetourt County, Virginia.

Journal, 1846-1855 of a merchant in or near the Brick Meetinghouse in Cecil County, Maryland. The front page reads "Journal, G and N, Brick Meeting House." The Brick Meeting House in Cecil County was a Quaker church building and the connection to the entries in this volume has not been established.

Papers, 1801-1860, of the Britt family of Pasquotank County, North Carolina. Includes documents, deeds, accounts, and bills of sale for slaves and references to John Cartwright.
