Folders for each bill typically contain a summary of the legislation, fiscal impact statement, accounting of General Assembly votes, and copies of the legislation. Additionally, each folder contains materials that are sealed per the transfer agreement until the year 2015. These sealed records include correspondence with and within the Governor's Policy Office, the Office of the Attorney General, notes, and drafts of documents related to the legislation.
