Abstract Or Scope

Governor Dinwiddie regrets that a delay of two military companies from New York has increased French attacks in the West. He hopes that the Virginia assembly will grant funds for more soldiers. He also thanks Governor de Lancey for providing extracts from the Albany Congress and its plans for colonial union.
