This collection contains memos regarding the start up of Seminar, a literary journal published by the College of William and Mary. The Seminar was first published in 1956 and ran until 1962, when it was merged with another literary journal, the Royalist. The Royalist in time merged into the present-day William and Mary Review.

This collection contains fliers and booklets for seminars and workshops sponsored by the College of William and Mary.

Acc. 1991.098 contains files from various special events at William and Mary, mostly from 1976-1986.

This collection contains announcements, newsletters, and reports describing various Summer Sessions of William & Mary, including the summer sessions held at the Dublin Institute in Dublin, Virginia from 1912-1918. Included in the collection is The Mountain Echo for 1912, a "year book" for the summer sessions held in Dublin. Also available in the collection is a copy of the Mini Hat, an information sheet of facts and various notices which are pertinent to the entire summer session.

This collections contains programs and journals from Surveyors' Day held at the College of William and Mary. Included is a copy of "Surveying and Mapping Quarterly" for January-March 1958.

This collection consists of subject files, reports, committee meetings, and other material related to the Tercentenary celebration of the College of William and Mary. Included is information related to the Tercentenary Art Committee, labels from an exhibit for the Tercentenary, and various public relations material for the event.

This collection includes a flier announcing the Thomas Jefferson Day run held by the College of William and Mary, the Thomas Jefferson Memorial Foundation, and the University of Virginia on October 6, 1957.

This collection holds material about First Lieutenant Todd W. Weaver, a 2008 alumnus of the College of William and Mary '08, who died September 9, 2010, in Kandahar, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when insurgents attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device. The collection includes correspondence, programs, news clippings, and related material from memorials, dedications, and other events. Included are a program and speech from the tree dedication ceremony at the College of William and Mary on November 14, 2010; correspondence by Jeanne Weaver, mother of Todd Weaver, about her favorite memories of her son; an advertisement for the establishment of the 1st Lt. Todd W. Weaver Memorial Award by the College of William and Mary; news clippings; and other material. Two DVDs containing the memorial service at Williamsburg Community Chapel, on September 25, 2010, and the interment service at Arlington National Cemetery, on October 14, 2010, are housed in the University Archives Audiovisual Collection.

The University Archives Audiovisual Collection is an artificial collection of various audio and visual formats documenting the College of William and Mary campus, events, people, etc. The collection contains analog, magnetic, and digital media and while not comprehensive, it does include material from a variety of time periods and types of events including commencements, Charter Day, building dedications, lecture series, Raft Debates, visiting scholars and distinguished guests, athletic events, and much more. Researchers are encouraged to verify with staff the format of individual items and availability for immediate use. Many items in the collection will require preservation reformatting before they can be used.

This collection contains originals and copies of diplomas awarded by the College of William and Mary. The collection also includes honorary degrees, diplomas awarded by other colleges and universities, and certificates of distinction.
