Sigma Alpha Epsilon Crest (UA 1994.058) Artifacts Box 539

One tile painted silver and bears the Sigma Alpha Epsilon crest. This was one of two crests made for the Virginia Kappa chapter by the American Bindery, to be used for stamping the covers of books and other bound items. The tile is 3in.x3.5in. Sigma Alpha Epsilon Pin (UA 1980.060), 1858 Artifacts Box 503

One diamond-shaped pin owned by Frank H. Alfriend. It is gold-colored with black and white enamel on the front which has the Greek letters for Sigma Alpha Epsilon and Phi Alpha and depicts a lady with a lion. The back of the pin is inscribed "F.H. Sigma Pi Sima Key of William G. Guy (UA 1986.021.8), 1931 Artifacts Box 600

One gold key from Sigma Pi Sigma, a Physics Honor Society, that was once owned by William and Mary Student William G. Guy. At the top of the key, there are the Greek letters for Sigma Pi Sigma. Below the letters is a lamp with a light bulb shining rays of light. The reverse of the key is engraved "Sigma Zeta, W.G. Guy, '31." The key is approximately 1.5in. x .75in. and is in good condition. Gift of Alfred Armstrong.
