Articles of agreement, George Augustine Washington with John Lewis, 1786 Box 10, Folder 1786.06.08

D.S. 2 pages. George A. Washington agrees to rent to John Lewis "the Lotts inclosed within the [ ] on which H. Armistead now resides for the sum of Seventy five Pounds ..." Lewis also agrees to certain repairs to a dwelling house, stable and kitchen. Witnessed by a Mr. Ball. Signed and docketed.
