The collection consists of one box of schedules, rosters, programs, scorebooks, tickets posters and other materials related to the intercollegiate baseball program at William & Mary from the years 1908-2015. The material is primarily divided chronologically, although there is one separate folder containing two scorebooks from the 1920s and another containing tickets to baseball games from the years 1999-2010. A majority of the material was originally published or created by the William and Mary Athletics Department.

The earliest material in the collection pertains to the men's 1947 and 1948 National Championship victories, but the majority of the material in the collection is dated to the years after 1978. Two folders contain material pertaining exclusively to the men's team while two folders contain material pertaining exclusively to the women's team. The remaining three folders contain material pertaining to both teams.

Although the men's basketball team was organized earlier, the material in this collection is derived from the year 1925 onwards with a majority of the material pertaining to the years after 1970.
