This collection contains financial records, 1956-1958, 1966 and membership index cards of the Blue Star Mothers of America. The financial records trace various disbursements and include receipts and check stubs.

Papers of the William George and Gladys Bennett Guy family of Williamsburg, Virginia with additions from Joan Eastman Bennett. Includes correspondence, invitations, minutes, clippings, oral histories, notebooks, reports, photographs, written memories, essays and printed materials. Papers include items about water and gas, Williamsburg Landing, American Red Cross, Williamsburg United Service Organization, Williamsburg Female Academy, College of William and Mary and zoning regulations. Includes ephemera of Williamsburg, Virginia and personal material and correspondence of the Bennett Family and Guy Family of Williamsburg, Virginia. The original accession was received in 1985 with additions added through 2011.

Records of the Pulaski Club of Williamsburg, a men's social club, named in honor of Count Pulaski of American Revolutionary War fame. Includes minutes, correspondence, photographs, poetry, stationery and clippings. Two letters by John D. Rockefeller are included.

Salvation Army "Combined Corps Roll" from Rockingham County, Virginia which covers the years 1926 to 1969, with some later additions.Includes a General Rule Book, with salary and dress code guidelines, Summary Sheets from visits by Divisional Officers which detail recruit and membership statistics, a Roll, which is separated by position and rank, which includes name, address, date of birth, religious affiliation, date of enrollment and removal and sometimes rank, a Dedication Register, soldier transfer forms and a 1980 conference schedule. Roll information includes Adherents, Local Officers and Bandsmen, Women's Home League, Corps Cadets, Life-saving Guards and Cradle Roll. 75% of the book are records of former soldiers.Included are notes on the Salvation Army, prepared when inventoried.

Collection includes materials that document the daily activities of the William & Mary Archery Team. Items include ephemera such as team jackets and stickers. Digital records include meeting minutes, membership list, photographs, and constitution from the William & Mary Archery Team.

Organizational records of the Williamsburg Historic Records Association (W.H.R.A.). Includes accession record of donations, newspaper articles, press releases, brochures, photographs, resolutions, correspondence, notices of annual meetings, minutes, WHRA constitution and some material on the formation of WHRA. There is also a resolution honoring Janet Coleman Kimbrough.
