Dates, 1970-1990, professional and research papers of Shelton H. Short III, a William Osborne Good Scholar-in-residence at the Marshall-Wythe School of Law, 1987-88. Professional papers consist of correspondence, articles, and other papers that concern the Marshall-Wythe School of Law and the Institute of Early American History & Culture. Bulk of the collection consists of Short's research papers on his ancestor William Osborne Goode (1798-1859), a prominent 19th century Virginia politician and alumni of the College of William & Mary. Research papers include correspondence, photocopies of primary source materials, newspapers clippings, speeches, photographs, and other papers.

The 67th Field Hospital Collection contains documents and photographs depicting the history of the 67th Field Hospital during the European Theater of World War II and the seventeen reunions of the 67th Field Hospital held from 1986 to 2002.

Mss. 75 Lit 34: Literary manuscripts of five of Stephen Marlowe's books, The Summit, Colossus, The Cawthorn Journals, Translation, and The Valkyrie Encounter. Also includes manuscript for the book entitled "1956."

Contains Susan H. Godson's notes from her contributions to The College of William & Mary: A History (1993). Most of the notes are handwritten on yellow legal or letter-sized paper and relate to the college's history beginning around 1888 and continuing throughout the twentieth century. The papers include research-related correspondence, including several letters from the late College President Paschall. The papers also include reproductions of numerous archival documents and news clippings.

The Thomas Long Papers document Long's editorship of Harrington Gay Men's Fiction Quarterly. The collection includes published and unpublished manuscripts, volumes of the journals, correspdondence, and syllabi.

Collection contains papers belonging to Timothy J. Sullivan. Materials include those from the Board of Education, Sullivan's memorandum from the governor's office, and material from Sullivan's participation in the Governor's Task Force on Substance Abuse and Sexual Assault.

There is also correspondence and reports from the 275th and 300th anniversaries of the College of William and Mary, the 400th anniversary of Jamestown, and other events.
