The collection includes fliers, catalogs, and other material created by the Africana Studies Program at the College of William and Mary. The collection also contains records concerning the Black Studies Program, from which Africana Studies grew out of.

AMP (Alma Mater Productions), the primary campus-wide programming body at the College of William and Mary, strives to provide diverse, high-quality entertainment at a low cost to the college community and serves as a resource to AMP's members and other organizations. The collection includes fliers and other material documenting AMP's activities.

The records of the Alumni Association of the College of William and Mary include office files, material from select Executive Secretaries, meeting minutes, publications, correspondence, and other material documenting the activities of the William & Mary Alumni Association as well as the College of William & Mary's history and alumni more generally.

This collection contains fliers from the William and Mary Chapter of the American Association of University Women (AAUW).

Acc. 2011.092 contains correspondence and subect files from the American Studies program at the College of William & Mary from 1982 to 2005. Some of the topics covered in this accession include The Tercentenary celebration of the 300th Anniversary of the College, committee meeting minutes and agendas, and information about the program itself.

The collection includes correspondence, news clippings, and planning documents and drafts of the Amos Alonzo Stagg Society. The group was formed to prevent the proposed expansion of Cary Field Stadium (now known as Zable Stadium) and thereby bring the College of William and Mary into division 1 college football.

Papers collected by Anthony Esler concerning youth revolts of the 1960s and 1970s. Most of collection pertains to the anti-Vietnam War movement. Includes notes, writings, flyers, radical newspapers (university and national) as well as protest buttons. Some of the material included concerns activities at William and Mary.

This collection contains the records and paperwork related to Art Song of Williamsburg. This organization existed from 2000 through 2007 and was responsible for an average of three concerts a year. Their records include papers relating to their creation and termination, financial and tax records, biographies and contracts for the artists they featured, as well as inter-organizational correspondence between board members. Genevieve McGiffert was the founder and features prominently in the records. In addition to the paper records, the collection contains audiovisual material of the bulk of the performances sponsored by Art Song of Williamsburg. The musical performances were often preceded by educational lectures.

Collection contains five fliers detailing student protests on the William & Mary campus. Posters show support for the renewal of former William & Mary president, Gene Nichol. Collection also includes two pins also displaying support for Nichol.
