The WCWM collection includes copies of the station publication, station logs maintained by DJs, news clippings about the station, playlists, correspondence, photographs, magazines and related material. Recordings include shows, the presidential debate between Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter held at the College of William and Mary in 1976, station promos by performers, related broadcasts, and public service announcements from the 1980s to 2008. WCWM is the student-run radio station at the College of William and Mary. It broadcasts in southeastern Virginia on 90.9FM.

This collection contains fliers, minutes, and annual reports for the William and Mary Athletic Educational Foundation. The Foundation has also been known as The Tomahawk Club and The Tribe Club over the years.

This collection contains fliers, reports, and publications from the William and Mary Center for Archeological Research. Also included is information from the Virginia Research Center for Archaeology, the predecessor to the Center for Archaeological Research. An index to the publications from 1988 to 2008 is also available.

This collection encompasses the records of the organization William and Mary Gay and Lesbian Alumni/ae (GALA) founded in 1986. Materials in the collection date from before the organization's founding to the present, with the majority of the material covering the years 1986 through 1992. The earliest records were maintained and created by Stephen Snell and George Greenia. The major issues covered include the founding of the organization, initial battles for recognition by the William and Mary Alumni Association, the fight to have sexual orientation added to the university's non-discrimination policy, and the suit to have anti-homosexual language removed from the state of Virginia's policies on liquor licensing. The records were collected by William and Mary GALA founder and first president Stephen Snell, Professor George Greenia, presidents Steve Murden, Wayne Curtis, Frank Edwards, and others. Included in the collection are fliers, correspondence, education materials, news clippings, and organizational papers. Due to the multiple creators associated with the collection, the same documents can be found in multiple series and folders within the collection. For instance, notices about events and correspondence may be found in a general chronological folder as well as a folder about a specific event or topic.

This collection contains administrative records, fliers, awards, scrapbooks and other material related to the Young Democrats, a political student organization at the College of William and Mary. Included in the records are fliers and handbooks for the Virginia Young Democrats (VAYD) Convention held at the College in April 2011; fliers for events hosted by the Young Democrats; scrapbooks containing photographs of events held by the organization from 2006-2012; and campaign literature for local, state, and national elections. Established by American Studies Ph.D. Kevin Kosanovich working in Swem Library's Special Collections, the William & Mary Hip Hop Collection is the most comprehensive of its kind dedicated to Virginia's hip hop culture and history from the 1980s to the present. The collection includes oral histories committed to preserving and documenting Virginia's rich hip hop past, as well as recordings of hip hop music, publications, and ephemera created by Virginia and Virginia-based artists, collectives, and businesses. Additionally, the collection documents the origins and impact of hip hop culture on college campuses throughout the state by collecting records of hip hop based student organizations, college radio stations, events and concerts with a special focus on William & Mary itself.

This collection covers the Greater Williamsburg Area, including Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown, James City County, York County and other nearby communities. It includes gifts and purchases whose contents are ephemeral in nature and not well-suited as stand-alone collections. The items are usually transient documents of everyday life and can include menus, flyers, advertisements, and programs but can also be postcards, games, ticket stubs, and the like.

This collection contains fliers for Women's Network meetings, as well as record material compiled and collected by Professor Katherine "Kitty" Preston. Some of Dr. Preston's files cover the time when the Women's Network was named the Women's Caucus. The files largely include communications among Women's Network Executive Committee members, event programming, research and information on women's issues on campus, and Executive Committee meeting minutes. Collection includes digital files; at least 72 hours advanced notice required for access.
