The collection contains office files, speeches, presentations & course materials from Sam Sadler's work as Vice President of Student Affairs at William and Mary. Materials also include photographs & artifacts from his time as a student, including a beanie with "Sammy" stitched on the back. Sadler worked at William & Mary from 1967-2008.

Papers, circa 1963-1999, focusing on the founding and early history of the Sarah Bonwell Hudgins Center which serves developmentally disabled children and adults. A significant portion of the collection includes clippings and biographical material on Chester Carlson, inventor of xerography, who was a major donor to the Sarah Bonwell Hudgins Center. The bulk of the collection is letters between Sylvia Zucker, executive director of the Sara Bonwell Hudgins Center, and Chester Carlson's wife, Dorris Hudgins Carlson, mainly regarding organizational financial matters and personal matters.

The 67th Field Hospital Collection contains documents and photographs depicting the history of the 67th Field Hospital during the European Theater of World War II and the seventeen reunions of the 67th Field Hospital held from 1986 to 2002.

Collection includes minutes, yearbooks, photographs, printed matter and organizational files of the Williamsburg Chapter of the Virginia Society of the Sons of the American Revolution. The collection also includes 5 CDs of digital files.

The records of the South Asian Student Association (SASA) at the College of William and Mary include the student organization's fliers, programs, constitution and by-laws, selected correspondence, scrapbooks and other material typically produced by student groups. One of the group's predecessor organizations was the Indian Cultural Association. Activities documented include events of the group, student leadership activities, and similar events.

The bulk of the collection contains papers related to Stella Neiman while on the Williamsburg City Council. These include reports, minutes, agendas, clippings, and a report on the desegregation of the public schools. The collection also contain Professor Fraser Neiman's Harvard dissertation on English literature.
