This collections contains office files from the Vice President for Student Affairs at the College of William and Mary from 1972 to the present. The records include correspondence to various offices and departments on campus, annual reports and committee records, planning documents for the Convocation and Commencement ceremonies at the College, and information regarding various student organizations on campus. This collection contains photographs, letters, and ephemera related to the life and career of Dr. Waverly M. Cole, an anesthesiologist from Richmond, Virginia. Included in the papers are awards and school diplomas, photographs of Cole while a student at the College of William and Mary and the Medical College of Virginia (MCV), and letters written to Human Rights organizations.

The WCWM collection includes copies of the station publication, station logs maintained by DJs, news clippings about the station, playlists, correspondence, photographs, magazines and related material. Recordings include shows, the presidential debate between Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter held at the College of William and Mary in 1976, station promos by performers, related broadcasts, and public service announcements from the 1980s to 2008. WCWM is the student-run radio station at the College of William and Mary. It broadcasts in southeastern Virginia on 90.9FM.

This collection consists of a scrapbook that belonged to William E. Land, class of 1941, while a student at the College of William and Mary. Included in the scrapbook are photographs of William and Mary buildings and grounds, students, Commencement, and Colonial Williamsburg buildings. There are also loose photographs and an article from 1972 regarding Land's appointment as Judge of the Municpal Court in Danville, Virginia.

The photograph collection of College of William & Mary alumnus William C. Kepner includes photographic images predominantly from 1946-1950. The collection also includes 35mm color slides from William & Mary's 1975 Homecoming festivities. The inventory of the collection provided by the donor: 1 box 300+ b&w negatives (2.25x3.25); 1 box 100+ b&w negatives (4x5); 1 negative album of 100+ negatives (2.25x3.25); approximately 200 b&w slides (made from the above); 200+ 8x10 prints (from Colonial Echo and Flat Hat); 10 sets of b&w album prints; 4 envelopes of miscellaneous 5x7 prints; 1 envelope of Kodacolor negatives, and 1 print; 1 envelope of 2 5x7 & 2 4x6 prints from 828 Koda; 1 box of 35mm color slides from the 1975 Homecoming; playbills from theater productions; 2 slide carousels of 120+ slides in b&w SQ format; and 1 film of the Backdrop Club intro from 1948 as well as a DVD copy of the film.
