This collection consists of three notebooks containing lecture notes taken by Alfred R. Armstrong in Roscoe C. Young's advanced physics classes, 1932-1933, at the College of William and Mary.

This collection includes posters, fliers, programs, cards, memorabilia, letters sent to alumni, membership interest forms, issues of The Sphinx, and other material from the Kappa Pi Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. at the College of William and Mary. The records include material from both the College of William and Mary chapter as well as information from the national chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha.

The collection includes two scrapbooks of photographs, postcards, and programs collected by Arthur and H. Leah James while students at the College of William and Mary.

This collection contains the statement of purpose, constitution, minutes of meetings, and correspondence of the Board of Student Affairs at the College of William and Mary from 1968-1973.

The records of the Board of Visitors of the College of William and Mary includes meeting minutes, financial reports, photographs, agendas, matriculation books, correspondence, material from Board of Visitors Rectors Oscar L. Shewmake and Roy Harvey Chappell, Jr., publications, and audio recordings of meetings from 1961-1999.

This collection contains administrative records, sheet music, publications, and the book The Holy Communion: Together with the Collects, Epistles, and Gospels and Prayers and Thanksgivings with additional Prayers from The Book of Common Prayer. The front cover is inscribed "Presented by the Episcopal Students of The College of William and Mary, 1954-1955." The book was meant to be used as the altar service book for the Wren Chapel.

This collection includes fliers, reports, newsletters, manuals, and other material from the Career Center at the College of William and Mary. Records from the Placement Bureau, Office of Career Planning, Office of Career Services, and the Office of Corporate Relations and Placement are also included in the collection.

The collection contains materials related to Dr. Carl A. Fehr's career as a music professor as well as his direction of William and Mary's choral program, The Common Glory, the Founders summer pageants and the Williamsburg Baptist Church choir. In addition to his reflections on choral direction and discipline, the collection includes extensive materials on Dr. Fehr's professional management of the College's choral program, a series of published choral programs, a collection of choral music, his teaching notes and curricula, correspondence, professional awards and memberships, as well as his dissertation and other academic credentials. The choral program is also extensively represented in Choir and Chorus communications, activities, group photographs, scrapbooks and publicity during the years of Dr. Fehr's directorship. In addition to the regular academic year choral program, the Choir's annual spring tours, special guest appearances and national broadcast performances are documented in correspondence, news clippings, photographs, scrapbooks, and audio recordings. The audio recordings were reformatted from their original reel-to-reel audiotape and LP formats and CDs are available for purchase. The bulk of this collection (Acc. 1990.16) includes student papers and assignments (1967-1986) and anthropology class materials (1968-1986) from classes taught by Dr. Carol Ballingall at the College of William and Mary. There is also one folder of biographical information.

The papers of Catherine Dennis include pages from the scrapbook she kept at the College of William and Mary. Dennis was part of the first class of women to attend William and Mary beginning in 1918. Photographs feature Dennis and other students, including Martha Barksdale, around campus. The collection also includes an invitation to the Students' Army Training Corps Ball, a letter from William and Mary President Lyon G. Tyler to Catherine Dennis, and a copy of the September 1974 Alumni Gazette that includes the article "The Petticoat Invasion" about the first class of women.
