This scrapbook was created by Julian Arlington Brooks, while a student at the College of William and Mary from 1916-1920. Included in the scrapbook are photos of campus buildings and students, women who may have been part of the first class of women at William and Mary, Kappa Alpha Order fraternity members, both a baseball and football player, and the Student Army Training Corps (original print of fire drill). There are also newspaper clippings about William and Mary baseball, a dance card program from the "Final Ball" cotillion dance in June 1919, and a blank Kappa Alpha membership card. There is also a loose clipping from a 1951 newspaper.

This collection holds documents related to Mr. November's time at Washington and Lee associated with the fraternity he belonged to: the Alpha Epsilon Chapter of Zeta Beta Tau. He was the cartoonist for the national Zeta Beta Tau organization from 1948 to 1950, while also drawing cartoons for local publications in Rockbridge County and for fraternal events. Included are sketches, finished products, and correspondence about his work as a cartoonist and official Zeta Beta Tau publication.

Artifacts and memorabilia kept by members of the Alpha Delta Sigma Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. at William & Mary. In addition to memorabilia and a flier from the first class of pledges, there are also fliers from attempts to organize a chapter in the early 1990s and a circa 1960s fraternity sweater worn by Justin Reid's father when he was a student at what was then Virginia State College and is now Virginia State University. The collection also includes an autographed copy of William & Mary Chancellor Sandra Day O'Connor's memoirs, given to Justin Reid when he was a President's Aide in 2008 and A History of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, 1911-1961, that future members studied to learn about the fraternity's history before the William & Mary chapter was formed. Artifacts received with Acc. 2011.585 include: Embroidered Dashiki (2011.585.01), Omega Psi Phi Kente Cloth Stole (2011.585.02), Camouflage Cargo Pants (2011.585.03), Digital Watch with Canvas Strap (2011.585.04), Virginia State College Omega Psi Phi Sweater (2011.585.05), Class of 2009 Cipher Button Pin (2011.585.06), Rope with Wooden Lamp (2011.585.07), and Wooden Bead Necklace with Carved Pendant (2011.585.08).
