This collection consists of a bound notebook that contains the bylaws, minutes, and other material related to the Matron's Circle of Mount Independence Grange, a social and sewing circle located in Falmouth, Maine. The bulk of the notebook contains the minutes of the organization, but also includes a list of members of the circle, as well as a loose treasurer's report. Bylaws, 1930 and meeting minutes, 1943-1948 of the medical staff of Whittacker Memorial Hospital, Newport News, Virginia. The bylaws define medical staff as medical doctors and the meetings cover all aspects of the hospital's medical services, general administration and day to day business. The meeting minutes cover a variety of business including matters related to staff and patient care. At least one reference to abortion was found by a researcher (during a class demonstration in 2/2010). Addtional coverage is possible.

This collection includes letters, addresses, compositions, and other material pertaining to Timothy E. Wetmore, a teacher and labor union activist in Wilson, New York. Although the bulk of the material is of a personal nature, there is also material related to the founding of Chapter 67 of the Mechanics' Mutual Protection Association in Wilson, New York, which was founded by Wetmore. Some of the topics discussed in the letters include politics and Henry Clay, local life in and around Wilson, education, and information about the Mechanics' Mutual Protection Association. The collection also includes by-laws, quarterly reports, and minutes from the first meeting of the Wilson, New York chapter of Mechanics' Mutual Protection Association, which was founded in 1849. Certificates, publications, and letters from when Wetmore was a student at Yates Academy, as well as a teacher at Wilson Collegiate Institute are also included.

This collection includes records from the William and Mary Heritage Dancers, a student group that performs reconstructions of dances recorded in historical sources and modern dances composed in the historic style. The club also became a forum for students to compose and try out their own original "English Country" dances.
