The collection contains pressbooks and posters of over 40 blaxploitation films. The pressbooks contain articles about the film, the stars and the filmmakers, as well as samples of proposed publicity campaigns, plot synopses, credits and other information. Many of the posters were used to advertise the films in local theaters, some doctored to suit white audiences while others have directions that specified "for black audiences only." Some of the movies include Shaft's Big Score, Blacula, Hammer, Cleopatra Jones, and Super Fly T.N.T. This collection contains a full set of stereoviews from the Keystone View Company's "Tour of the World" series. The set includes stereoview images from six continents, excluding Antarctica. The scenes capture diverse people, monuments, and landscapes. Each stereoview has a description of the scene located on the back. The descriptions are often ethno-centric towards non-western cultures. Points of interest include European-controlled Africa, the Middle East before the creation of Israel, and Germany in between the World Wars. The collection also includes a company guidebook from 1936. Our online list is off by one number. For instance, on page 39 of the Title List, 803, "Climbing Through a Tropical Jungle, Central Africa," in our list it is under volume 5 as number 804.

A Sanford Howard production of the screenplay, Mr. Kool final draft script dated June 19, 1973. The film was released in the United States August 7, 1974 titled Together Brothers. As part of the Blaxploitation Cinema, the story is about an African American policeman, nicknamed Mr. Kool, who is gunned down in a poor neighborhood in Galveston, Texas. The only witness to the crime was a young boy named Tommy who is rendered mute by the trauma he suffered when the gunman tried to kill him, too. Tommy's brother, H.J. is the leader of a local African and Hispanic gang that call themselves the "Brothers United". They endeavor to protect Tommy as the killer proceeds to stalk him. They also make an effort to bring Mr. Kool's unknown killer to justice. It later becomes revealed that Mr. Kool's killer is a transgender child molester whose motive for committing the crime was embarrassment and public shaming by Mr. Kool when he was arrested at an earlier date. The movie was filmed in Galveston, Texas. Screenplay was by Jack DeWitt and Joe Greene, based on a story created by Jack DeWitt. Produced by Robert L. Rosen and directed by William A. Graham. Cast included Ahmad Nurradin, Anthony Wilson, Nelson Sims, Kenneth Bell, Owen Pace, Kim Dorsey, Ed Bernard, Lincoln Kilpatrick, Glynn Turman, Richard Yniguez, Mwako Cumbuka, Francis E. WIlliams, Craig Campfield, Bessie Griffin, Angela Elayne Gibbs, and Lynne Holmes.

The racial and ethnic ephemera collection contains various materials regarding race, ethnicity, and racism in the United States. The collection includes papers and items that promote racial prejudice and propaganda. The collection also contains items and papers that exemplify the fight for civil and equal rights. African Americans are the most broadly represented group in the collection. Other ethnic groups include Native Americans, Asian Americans, Jewish Americans, Muslim Americans, and Cuban Americans. Ku Klux Klan pamphlets and anti-immigration publications are also included. Through this collection, the American struggle of racism and prejudice is realized.

Final screenplay for the American Blaxploitation film Willie Dynamite produced by Universal Studios in 1973. Production of the film was released in 1974 directed by Gilbert Moses and starred Roscoe Orman, Diana Sands, Thalmus Rasulala, and Joyce Walker. Willie Dynamite is the central figure in the movie who is a pimp in Manhattan whose goal is to be number one in the city. Cora, a social worker, tries to change Willie Dynamite's ways and also of those whom Willie pimps. The film is rife with the typical Blaxploitation of the 1970's pitting a down and out African American characterized by drugs, ghetto life, poverty, or violence with white characters of power.
