Kemp researched West Virginia mills for a monograph he prepared on the state's industrial history. This box contains his research materials including reports, clippings and correspondence. Subjects include the restoration of the Cass Lumber Mill, Bunker Hill Mill, and Easton Roller. The following oversize material was moved to Box 343: Correspondence (undated), Student paper and letter "Development of Flour milling," and clipping (undated).
