Scope and content:

This box contains WV law review publications, mainly the West Virginia Law Review scattered issues from 1973-1984 and 1993, and other law review publications that contain articles written or co-written by JDM. Of note, included in this box are copies of The National Coal Issue of the WV law review published in assorted years, as well as other law reviews from Kentucky and other states, in which JDM contributed articles.

Box 150, Miscellaneous Material from JDM's MSHA Work (Part 1), contains restricted material, possibly including PII and financial information. Please contact the West Virginia and Regional History Center to request access.

Box 190, Sago box 2 of 4, contains PII in the folder labeled Sago Family Lists. Researchers can sign our form to use the material in aggregate; the restriction can be lifted 75 years from the date of creation.
