Subjects include family food production, farm forestry, dairy, extension at West Virginia State College, 4-H, County Extension, and more. Highlights include a state legislative resolution related to the Capper–Ketcham Act (1928) and a memorandum of understanding between West Virginia University and United States Department of Agriculture to establish the terms of state extension work (1955).
