Scope and content:

Series includes music charts, cue charts, film and television scores, and published sheet music, among others by Chattaway. The music contained in this series covers original pieces of the work as well as arrangements completed by Chattaway over his career and includes but is not limited to, jazz and concert charts, pieces for the West Virginia University band, and scores for movies and television shows such as Maniac Cop and Star Trek: Voyager.

For the Star Trek episodes, the number shown in the title is not reflective of the episode number but rather the production code for that episode.

The term "multi-part" when used in this series refers to music written for two or more instruments, as opposed to "single-part" which refers to music written for a single instrument.

The template used for data entry is as follows: [TITLE]; [NUMBER OF PARTS or INSTRUMENTS]; [MUSIC BY,ARRANGED BY, PRODUCTION BY, COMPOSED BY, ETC...]; [GENRE]; [NOTES], [DATE]. The [GENRE] field includes concert pieces, jazz pieces, and film/TV soundtracks and scores. This terminology was devised by Chattaway.
