Includes 12 items documenting the commendation of Harold Shill for his work as the Federal Relations Coordinator for the West Virginia Library Association. This commendation included the Dora Ruth Award bestowed by the West Virginia Library Assocation, and a congratulatory letter from WVU President Neil S. Bucklew. There are two color copies of the Dora Ruth Parks Award that Harold Shill received.
