Whiskey Rebellion -- Photocopy of 1794 Proclamation by Virginia Governor Henry Lee concerning "banditti" crossing into Virginia from Pennsylvania, to attack the whiskey tax- collector in "Morgan Town". Governor Lee ordered the arrest of all offenders and then preceded to help President Washington lead 13,000 militia to Monongahela, Pennsylvania to put down the "Whiskey Rebellion"
