Inform you that having attended to collection of that part of Campbell's wharf for Mrs. Woodworth's benefit, I find not proceeds to be about $30 per month. Mrs. Woodworth willing to give $150 per annum for wharf as now stands or $200 provided space between the two wharfs is filled up and she is entitled to collect as far as the line extends.
