Happy that sister (Frances (Bland) Randolph Tucker) is recovering. probability of passage of District Bill with addition of 3 or 4 General Court judges. This to furnish districts with necessary number in lieu of assistant judges and admiralty judges first talked of. Tucker is among those mentioned. Wishes to know if it would be agreeable to him.
