William and Mary Homecoming 1982 Coin Can

One beige can in the form of a soda can that features a gold top with a 1.125in. slit to deposit coins. The can also features a picture of a WM football player, in uniform, running with a football. "HOMECOMING '82/WILLIAM MARY TRIBE/vs BROWN/ Nov. 6, 1982" is printed on the front of the can with "HOMECOMING '82" and "vs BROWN" in brown and "WILLIAM MARY TRIBE" and "Nov. 6, 1982" in green. The William and Mary Logo (two intertwined "W" and "M" with feathers sticking out) is printed between "HOMECOMING '82" and "WILLIAM MARY TRIBE." The can was made by the Ball company and measures approximately 4.5in. (height) and 2.5in. (diameter). The can is in fair condition with white residue on the top (golden) part of the can and an approximately 3in. dent on the top part of the depiction of the football player. There are also abrasions going from the helmet of the depiction of the football player to right above "HOMECOMING '82," as well as below it to the left of the William and Mary logo.
