Scope and Contents

One pewter Jefferson cup of the kind given by The Wren Society, a secret society at the College of William and Mary, to recognize individuals or organizations for their service to William and Mary. Engraved on one of the sides of the cup is a seal with the Wren Building, the Latin phrase "Veritas e Aequitas" or truth and justice, and the year 1832. The cup was made by Master Craftsmen of Williamsburg, Virginia. The cup is approximately 3.25in. in diameter and is in good condition.
