Duc Cap of Alan Albert, 1965

Scope and Contents

One green felt duc cap that once belonged to Alan "Al" Albert, class of 1969, while a student at the College of William Mary. The front of the cap features a gold "W" and a gray "M" stitched into the cap, while the back of the cap is stitched with a black "A". The inside of the cap is lined with leather with a red "Alan Albert" label in the back. The cap was made by Collegiate mfg. co. of Ames, Iowa. The cap is in poor condition with several holes all over the top of the hat and under the brim. The cap is approximately 8 3/4in. (length) x 13in. (width) and is a size 7. Located in Textiles S1 SS2. UA 2011.209
