Blue Olympic USA Necktie

Scope and Contents

A dark blue tie that has "USA" in white, with the Olympic logo below it, embroidered on the center of the front and the top and center of the back of the tie. The back of the tie also features a blue tag that has a golden clasp. "GOLDEN CLASP/PRINCE CONSORT/U.S. PAT. NO. 3,958,823" is sewn in gold on the tag. There is also a white tag on the inside of the smaller part of the tie that reads "MADE IN U.S.A/RN17699/100% SILK." The tie measures approximately 28in. and is in good condition. Gift of Rene A. Henry. UA 2010.193.11
