WM Class of 1919 Blanket

A grey-green rough-texture blanket which has "WM/ '19" sown on the front in gold felt letters. "VEW" is also sown on the bottom left of the front of the blanket in gold felt letters. The blanket measures approximately 6ft. 11in. (length) x 5ft. 2in. (width) and is in good condition. Both seams at the top and bottom of the blanket are completely unraveled with remnants of red loose thread on both ends (bottom left: 4.5in. of red loose thread, bottom right: 2in. and 7.5in. of red loose thread; top left: 7.5in. of red loose thread, top right: 11in. of red loose thread). There is a 0.5in. hole at the bottom left of the blanket above "VEW." Finally there is some wear and tear near the right of the " '19." Transferred by Alumni Association. UA 2011.498.17
