Scope and content:

Fred Liggin is a pastor at the Williamsburg Christian Church and the founder and president of 3E Restoration which uses mutual relationships to equip and empower homeless individuals to transition to self-sufficiency in everyday life. Mr. Liggin speaks about poverty and homelessness in Williamsburg, his hope for creating systemic change, and his belief that college students can/ have a powerful voice in changing the conversation surrounding homelessness. The folder contains an index and transcript of the interview.
