Scope and content:

Samuel Powell is a retired judge who discusess his work witht he Powhatan statue outside the courthouse and the Atlantic community concept that should be completed with two additional statues in the newr future. He speaks of the history of James City County courthouses as well as his involvement with Anheuser-Busch when he worked in private practice as a lawyer in Williamsburg, VA. The folder contains an index and transcript of the interview.
