Mr. Goddin is a vocal opponent of the three-person zoning rule and advocated for an expansion to four people. He speaks about the tension at the time (late 2000s), his arrival in Williamsburg, his neighborhood through the years, his thoughts on current compromises to the rule, his position as a homeowner, and his perspectives on how to move forward balancing student and resident concerns. The folder contains a summary and index of the interview.
