Scope and Contents A 201 file is set of documents maintained by the US government for members of the United States armed forces. Pugh's files include his draft card, his accrued leave record, correspondence on his 1943 application to join the Chaplains' Corp., his "Report of Physical Examination," Special Order 26 booklet with directions for initial assignment and other Special Orders for other assignments.
