One reel-to-reel audiotape of the ceremony to dedicate a plaque honoring J. Heywood Bell Jr. at the Marshall-Wythe Law School of The College of William and Mary in Virginia. The event consisted of a Welcome speech by President Thomas A. Graves Jr., an Introduction of Guests by Otto Lowe Sr., Remarks by Carter O. Lowance, the Presentation of the Plaque by President Graves, and Acceptance of the Plaque by James P. Whyte Jr., the Dean of the Marshall-Wythe School of Law. The tape is approximately 1 hour long with speed 3 3/4ips. Acc. 1980.31
