Scope and Contents Family documents and papers of Estie's Stith Family: an undated copy of a Bible page, beginning with the birth of William F. Stith on August 12, 1815 and ending with the death of James R. Stith on January 10, 1892 with an attached family tree by Estie Stith Crabbe dated 1942; original and transcripts of January 20, 1868 letter to Cousin Nathan Stith from James Richard Stith; 1877 contract between H.C. Train & Son, Lightning Rod Manufacturers and William H. Stith in Kansas City, MO; transcript of an 1880 meeting program belonging to Grandfather Haynes and an 1888 receipt to J.R. Stith in Alba, MO. Also includes an 1884 Warranty Deed between W.F. Stith and Henrietta Stith, his wife, and James R. Stith for land in Jasper County, MO; an 1885 Quit-Claim Deed from Lucy E. Hubbard to James R. Stith and an 1891 Deed of Trust between James R. Styth and Ophelia Styth, his wife and Willilam K. Caffee; photograph of a portrait, possibly of Anne Stith and a copy of the family tree of William Fletcher Stith, undated.
