Dean, District Forester asking that the "C.C.C. at Waverly trim and beautify the woods and road at Smith's Fort on the Rolfe Plantation" with attached resolution of the Surry Board of Supervisors requesting her to do so. Letter from Dean to Flickinger about the possibility of the Park Service being interested in the property.
