Scope and content:

This reference file, organized around prominent persons, contains both cartoons and clippings of photographs of the prominent personalities of the mid-twentieth century.

Arrangement:

There are a number of folders, probably those used most often, in the front in no particular order except for the number assigned by Seibel to the folder. Then an alphabetical sequence picks up and continues to the end, also following Seibel's numberical system.
