8th Evacuation Hospital

Scope and content:

This exhibit was designed to highlight the UVA Hospital's involvement with supporting United States Army troops during World War I and World War II. It was created by Janet Pearson with the assistance of Joby Topper. Special thanks to Dr. John L. Guerrant, Dorothy Sandridge Gloor, and Elizabeth Harlin Drash for sharing their stories and helping us identify photographs.
