The records in this series document the organizational structure of the Health Sciences Library. It also contains records that document administrative reorganizations of the Library. These materials include, but are not limited to, organizational charts and reports.
- Arrangement:

Files in this series are arranged chronologically according to the date of their creation.
- Accruals:

The organizational charts of the Health Sciences Library are scheduled for permanent retention in the archives. Besides the charts, only historically significant records document administrative structure are retained in the archives. The head of the Historical Collections and Services Department at the Healh Sciences Library determines whether one of these records is historically significant. Accruals to this series are expected to occur occassionally.
